“The shoes shown on the web site are a lovely shiny bright tan but this is NOT what I received. What I got was a pair of disgusting dull dirty coloured brownish shoe. The design of the shoe is the same except for the logo which is slightly different and more importantly the colour and quality of the leather. I had been looking forward to receiving my new shoes as they looked lovely so I was very disappointed. I have been happy with Grisport shoes previously but not these. Sent them back for a refund. I'm now rather wary of purchasing again since it seems the web site photos can not be trusted.”

We have amended the images to suit the new version of leather used in the Livingston shoe.
We do try to update the images as soon as we can if changes to materials happen. Obviously due to the pandemic, lack of staffing etc has caused delays and issues which have been unavoidable.
As this is the only style which needed amending then saying all images on our website cannot be trusted is very misleading for other customers.
