“I have had two previous pairs of Grisport hiking boots which are excellent. They last well, are waterproof, and are comfortable. I recently fell for these pale blue leather boots. Probably the best looking men's hiking boots I've ever seen. So far very pleased yet again.
I've docked a point because I find I have to be careful how I lay the tongue in one of the boots as sometimes it's very uncomfortable where the elements are stitched together. If I get it right it's fine. Also they are a touch shorter than normal in the toecap. Fine so long as I don't want to double up with thick socks. I have a slim foot and I suspect they may not suit a broad foot
I realised both things are the outset, but persevered because I love the look so much. They have settled in though, as I hoped so I'm looking forward to getting a lot of use from them.”
