“The boots were great and very comfy but I discovered I could feel rocks and stones slightly on the rougher tracks where I live and because I have arthritis in my feet I had pain for a few days. It was my mistake so I ordered trekking boots which feel much better for my feet. Wish I'd realised before I wore the walking boots outside.”
“Very disappointed with the walking boots. I had ordered them and loved the look of them and very excited to try on only to discover there was a fault inside the boot. I had the boot replaced twice more after that which had the same fault only to be told it looks like a batch fault. I was very disappointed with this and just got my money refunded. There was no explanation of what would happen with the batch or if indeed I would be able to have the item without fault.”
