“Great quality boots. Definitely water resistant as tested on Dartmoor in January! The boots I bought were 42 in size. Normally 42 are a good fit, but I feel these boots are a little bigger than 42. Have tried thicker walking socks, but still a little loose around the top and base of the feet, and the ankle area. Over the weekend going down steep terrain, they did not hold my ankles and had to compensate to stop any rolling sideways of my ankles, this put a lot of strain on my knees. Length wise they are perfect, no issues with rubbing on back of ankle.
They replaced a boot from Decathlon, they did fit well. But water resistant they were not!
Would not purchase these again due to fitting issue. The actual boot is good quality and would try another design to see if they fit better.”

I usually wear a size 45 and picked the same for these boots and they fit really well. No need to size up for these.
