“Bought a pair to replace a pair of Meindl Dovre Extremes. Although l paid less than half the price of the Extremes I was initially disappointed as the boots felt a bit flimsy and the leather much thinner than the Meindls. So far, after approx 20 days beating in all weathers, the boots have performed really well. Extremely comfortable right out of the box, feet completely dry even after some horrendous weather. Let’s hop this this trend continues. Well pleased with my purchase, so far.”

“I purchased the Gamekeeper a winter field sports boot to replace an ageing pair of Harkila Pro hunters. The Gamekeeper is a similar style of boot but around half the price. The GK a size bigger than I would normally buy to allow for extra thick winter socks so they have not yet been worn in the field as yet. They are comfortable when worn in the house and appear well made. I’m looking forward to a long cold winter to give them a true workout, when a further review might award 5 stars.”
