However, I had paid for the shoes and delivery (at that time) was free. When calling Grisport I receive polite comments and the promise of a return call. To date, no call back, no shoes, and no refund. I have purchased many Grisport products in the past and always had a positive experience. This attempted purchase was a major disappointment.”
