“This is my second pair of these boots in quick succession - the first lost a boot lace eye on third wearing. The return and exchange process was smooth and well handled.
The boots do need wearing in, despite what the company claims, but they are robust, becoming more flexible, waterproof and look good too. I am pleased with the purchase, espeically given the sensible price point.

“I think these are very well made boots and alternatives to more expensive brands. However, I sent mine back because although these in particular are advertised as Grisport's widest boots, they still taper towards the toe and rub in that area and in the end I found that the 'wider toe box' specifically boots fit better than the 'wide' boots, but their returns process for an exchange is seamless so all good.”

“Speedy delivery, arrived within 2 days of ordering. Boots feel well made. Reasonably light weight, comfortable fit thanks to the wide fit option .Great looking with the Crazy Horse Leather finish giving it a smart appearance and which didn't darken too much when treated with a leather balm. Only complaint I would make is the removable insole is just a bit too thin and needs a bit more padding.
Oh, and I never received a free accessory pack!”
