“Purchased this in the sale, it has a fault on the dropper that dispenses the serum which was stated when purchased. The serum is good, skin looks improved when used, serum dispenses ok for now from the bottle as it's a full bottle.”

There hasn’t been a change to the Line Eraser Serum formula, but we have identified an issue with the glass pipette packaging in a recent batch. In some cases, the serum can appear thicker or congealed in the pipette, which can make dispensing difficult and give the impression that the product itself has changed. The serum remains safe to use, but we completely understand why this would be concerning.
Because of this, we are in the process of updating the packaging to improve the experience, and the product has been temporarily discounted while this is resolved. If you’ve found the texture or packaging off-putting, we’re very happy to help with a refund or alternative, and our customer care team can support you directly.
