“I’ve only just started using this, so hard to know if it’s going to help with the reasons I bought it - the issue is that it’s less serum more of a gloop! It spreads out under my eyes ok, but in the morning there are remnants of the product around my eyes. Not ideal. I would never have paid full price, wondering if this reason is why it was so heavily discounted?”

We're aware of the consistency issues, which is why this product is currently discounted. We'll be moving it to better packaging soon to improve the formula and make it easier to use. In the meantime, you might find using a very small amount and gently patting it in rather than spreading helps with absorption.
