We can then process your exchange or refund. If you still have the invoice, you will find a sticker with FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the bottom and a returns form on the reverse. If you do not still have this then you can find the returns form on our website and write FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the package. Please do not include any other address information as the post office may charge you or it may not get back to us.
