We’re sorry to hear that the Scent Free 24-Hour Cream isn’t feeling as moisturising for you as it once did. The formula itself hasn’t been changed in terms of its core moisturising ingredients.
You might find it helps to apply the cream to slightly damp skin, or to layer it over one of our scent-free serums, or even mix in a drop of a facial oil if your skin is feeling drier than usual. This can significantly boost hydration without changing products entirely.
That said, your feedback is really valuable and we will make sure it’s shared with our product team. Skin needs do evolve, and hearing from customers who’ve used a product for many years helps us understand where expectations may no longer be met.
