“I used to use the face sunscreen but turned to this. Bought the face sunscreen new aswell. Both burnt me even when wearing more than 2 fingers full. I turned red as a lobster. It wasn't like this prior as I had been using it for years. Perhaps it's a change in formula but sadly I must hunt a sunscreen that works. Previously I loved this sunscreen as it doesn't leave a white cast but nowadays it does along with not working. I apply the same amount and am the same skin colour. And especially when reapplying it leaves me looking like casper the ghost. I'm of a light brownish-fairish complexion. I'm very disappointed. I would really like to see green people doing a 100 percent zinc oxide sunscreen with a tint. My face is still stinging and I only went out in the sun for about an hour”

We have recently changed the formula of our sun lotions. However, this is only a case of slight percentage changes rather than ingredient changes. We need to investigate what caused this issue. Please answer the following for us: - Did you stay out of the sun between 11am and 3pm? - How long before sun exposure did you apply the sun lotion? - How often did you reapply the sun lotion? - What is the batch code on the product (embossed code on the crimped seal) Please also provide us with the order number so we can organise a refund for you.
