“This lotion is a repeat buy for me. I'm fair skinned and tan slowly, so limit my exposure and use this to protect me from burning. It's easily absorbed,instantly protects, smells great and is ocean- friendly if you hang out at the beach. I can also use it on my face, even though my skin is sensitive.”

“I have been using the same brand of mineral sunscreen for 3 years but always found it thick and sticky to use. This is completely different. So easy to apply, and feels light for a mineral sunscreen! Will be buying again :)”

“My teenage daughters have enjoyed using this suncream in the British sun when they were camping. They don't usually burn but have sensitive skin (eczema prone), so this SPF15 has been ideal. They say that it was easy to apply and didn't feel too sticky.”

“I still got prickly heat plus did not protect skin well and I was badly burnt”

We do not understand why you have burnt using our sun lotions, they are all independently tested to ensure that they give the protection we claim for. We have sold 85,500 Sun Lotions (in the UK alone) in the past year and havenÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t had any complaints regarding this issue in that time. With all of our Sun Lotions we recommend reapplying every 2 hours and after swimming or heavy perspiration, our sun lotions are water resistant not waterproof and therefore recommend that you cover the skin whilst swimming. Please provide us with the manufacture date of the product. To find the manufacture date, look at the crinkled join at the top of a tube or the back of the bottle (pump) and you will notice some numbers embossed into it. If we assume that the product is OK, then there are several possible things that could have happened: - 1. Insufficient sun lotion applied. 2. Sun lotion not applied 20-30 minutes before sun exposure 3. Interaction with other skin care products reduced the efficacy of the sun screens 4. Sensitivity or allergy to one of the ingredients causing sun-burn like skin rash 5. The sun lotion has not been applied every 2 hours and after swimming or heavy perspiration We look forward to hearing from you.
