“My husband and I have been using this suncream for many years now. Going as far back as 2014 or maybe further. It is the only one that is safe for the environment and is extremely good. It does what it says on the tin....it protects our skin from the sun and using it is safe for our oceans and waterways and has minimal impact on the environment. It is expensive but it is worth it in our opinion. We will continue to use it as long as we can afford to as we are both now retired. If we can no longer afford it we will simply cover up in the sun. You cannot put a price on saving our planet.”

“I really wanted to like this product but we were dissatisfied with how it left our skin once it was on. It didn’t feel overly thick to put on or leave a white cast but made us all overly sweaty. Not sure the tan accelerator works but I suppose we didn’t use it for long enough because I had to buy a different sun cream which was disappointing as this is quite expensive.”

On the sweating, our clean formulas do not contain the pore-clogging ingredients found in conventional sun creams, which means the skin is free to breathe and regulate its temperature naturally. For some people this feels different to what they are used to, though it is a sign that the skin is functioning as it should rather than being sealed by synthetic ingredients. Applying at least 20 to 30 minutes before going outside and using gentle tapping motions rather than rubbing can also help the formula settle into the skin more comfortably.
