“I bought this and a factor 30 for sensitive skin and it's the first time I've been on holiday and NOT got prickly heat! Truly amazing, as normally I'd be covered from head to foot in prickly heat that drives me crazy, but totally prickly heat free with this. Didn't think it was possible!”

“This is the second time I have purchased this product. I apply it after a shower in the morning. It sinks into the skin well as long as you run it in thoroughly. I suffer with prickly heat and personally I feel this lotion helps me. I would definitely recommend giving it a go.”

We are sorry to hear you have had this experience with our sun lotions. What you have explained doesn’t sound like a true representation of our sun lotions, of which we have sold 85000 of in the last year with great feedback. It sounds as though the oils and emulsifiers have possibly split, however without examining it we can’t be sure. Please can you confirm the batch number for us? This can be found on the crimped seal. Please also confirm the following: 1. Date it was purchased 2. Date it was first opened 3. Where it was purchased from
