“I'm sure this sun cream works great for some people, but it is not for me. I think I am getting a reaction to an ingredient which is making my skin sting and redden, although I am not sure of what exactly. I find the formula much easier to apply if I have moisturised first, and it tends to go pile if it gets wet when applying (wet hair for example). I think I have missed the deadline for returns which is a shame, although I am glad to be supporting a company which values vegan/cruelty free. I can vouch for the sensitive skin cleanser which I am very impressed by. As a sun cream this will do the job, although I think there should be more clarity on the packing about it's UVA rating as well as it's UVB rating, which could be misleading.”

Every individual is unique in their chemical and biological make-up, it is therefore impossible to create skin care products that are suitable for absolutely everybody. We select our product ingredients with great care, to minimize the potential for allergic reactions and sensitivities. Even natural ingredients can cause reactions and some people can be just as sensitive to them as to synthetic chemical ingredients.
We would be unable to pin-point exactly the ingredient you are reacting to without an allergy test. It might be worth consulting your doctor to see if tests can be carried out to see if there is a general allergy.
