Only criticism is the similarity between the two containers (an issue with other Green People products) It is really difficult to read the small writing when in the shower, obviously without glasses. It gave a natural softness and volume to my hair and did not put any heaviness or greasiness like I get from other products. My hair did not feel lanky after shampooing. The best thing was it did not give my scalp any adverse reaction like itchiness or soreness! I applied it all over wet hair, left for a minute then rinsed it. The shampoo is very creamy to apply and easy to wash out. After applying it, blow dry or hair styling seems like no hassle and the results are amazing!”
