“Really like this shampoo. I prefer this to the intense repair as it definitely leaves my hair softer and less tangled. I've got really long coloured hair and most natural shampoos leave it tangled or greasy, as my hair is fine.”

“I'm not sure if I haven't used this product properly but I find it leaves my hair feeling greasy and in need of being washed again a lot sooner than when I use any other shampoo. Some reviews I've read says that it lathers really well but I've not managed to get it to lather. It's a shame as when I've used it, it's kept the colour of my hair nice and vibrant.”

Our products are very concentrated, so you do not need to use as much of them as you would with a high street shampoo.
If too much is used, and it is not washed out completely it can leave a residue on the hair which will make it feel greasy.

“Got recommended this at my old job once and now searched it and gave it ago for a more chemical free shampoo!:) For years I thought I had oily hair and dandruff but had found out it was flakes from my dry scalp. I have such an itchy sensitive scalp and when I would shampoo and use those shampoos from the drug strore it would make it so so itchy from the sulphates. I received this today and it made my hair SO soft anf SO shiny and feathery and NO ITCH!! No scratching and no uncomfortable itch!! Its quite pricy but I love the relief it gives and feel to my scalp and hair I feel like my scalp is grateful and happy!! Quite a flowery earthy smell if you like that! But really great!:)”

“I have fine natural blonde hair which is dry on mid lengths and ends. Coupled with a sensitive scalp. I purchased this as the intensive shampoo I loved and I like to have a choice (if possible) on shampoos to use.
But somehow this made my hair feel dryer than normal, some flakes and made my scalp itchy. Swooping back to the intensive repair shampoo did the trick
Unfortunate this wasn't for me and the matching conditioner I found didn't do much in terms of moisturising
Even though my hair is fine. It needs moisture and trying to find the balance without any irritation or heaviness is hard going.
There's certainly no heaviness on my fine hair with GP range just this product didn't suit needs and sensitivity :-(”
