“Sample pack seemed to make my hair softer and slightly silky - hair that has been like straw for several years. Ordered bottle of this conditioner plus one of the accompanying shampoo and although I wouldn't say it's transformed my hair, it is definitely helping a bit to make it less course. Although directions suggest leaving it on 10 mins before rinsing, I find this not nearly long enough so leave it around 30 mins, which has best results.”

“I've used this conditioner for years now, and couldn't manage without it .
Recently I've been wetting hair, applying intensive conditioner, leave to soak in while I shower, rinse, then use intensive shampoo,' rinse, then this conditioner again to finish, relax 5-10 mins, then rinse out. Works wonders if yr hair needs extra TLC !”
