If you are using our deodorant for the first time it is normal to sweat/smell more than usual for the first week as your body is naturally pushing out any toxins which have been previously stopped from being released. It’s really important to get rid of these toxins and once the ‘detox’ is over, our deodorants are extremely effective at preventing odour.

“A few years ago I received a free Green People Aloe Vera deodorant and shower gel for subscribing to a magazine and it did not work whatsoever, even though I had been using natural deos for over 20 years. However, whilst on a recent shopping strip with another [newbie] vegan friend, we were smelling all the deos and I was remarking on which ones I had tried and which ones to avoid. The subject of Green People came up so I told the truth but then I noticed a Rosemary version...... I decided to give the Rosemary Deodorant a go, as the reviews were good and I love the smell of Rosemary. I have to say, it works much better than the Aloe Vera version and i am glad I gave it a second chance. It does take a while to dry hence the slight knockdown in score but very happy and will buy again.”
