“I use this serum both morning and night. Especially great in the morning though for those puffy eyes, such a cooling effect giving a tightness around the eye area. Only been using the product for a few weeks but certainly can see and feel a difference. I have sensitive skin and am always reluctant to try new products but have had no issues with the eye serum.”
