“This serum made my eye bags much more pronounced and puffy! Which was not what i was hoping for. I used it at night and woke up with puffy eye bags every time i used it. It smells nice and was kind to my sensitive skin.”

Just use FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE to send the product back to us. This is a prepaid service with Royal Mail. We can then process your exchange or refund. If you still have the invoice, you will find a sticker with FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the bottom and a returns form on the reverse. If you do not still have this then you can find the returns form on our website and write FREEPOST GREENPEOPLE on the package. Please do not include any other address information as the post office may charge you or it may not get back to us.
