“Delivery was excellent even though there was a long lead time. I found it quite difficult to follow some of the instructions - having to re-read them several times. Some of the pictures of items and sequenses were pretty hard to determine as well. If I had the time, I'd help to re-write them. While I knew the size of structure, the picture on the website is slightly misleading as an (AI generated) picture of a woman entering infers that it is a normal size. The door is below average height. I opted for the optional steel base and the self-opener for the vent window (again, the instructions for this were poor in my opinion). To ensure the steel base is securely fixed to the floor, I found I had to drill both top and bottom - to enable a screwdriver to go through. I was able to use some of these holes to afix the bottom of the greenhouse to the base. After finally managing to get everything put together and in place, there are some notable gaps. The top, eaves corner sections would benefit from some form of plastic insert - when it rains, water runs down the inside of the corner. There is also a gap at the top on each side of the vent window. When finally fixing the self-opener, you become aware that the piston mechanism hangs down right infront of the (small) door making entry even more difficult. I'm yet to see the self open mechnaism work. It's a relatively inexpensive item but you'll benefit from reading the instructions several times and experimenting. The packing and labelling of items was excellent.”

We do agree that the door height can feel a little low, and if you’re slightly taller, the vent‑opening arm can sit in the way when entering. Regarding the gaps you’ve noticed: greenhouses are designed with small gaps to allow air to circulate properly, so some airflow around the eaves and vent area is normal. However, if you’d like advice on reducing water ingress or improving the fit of any sections, we’re more than happy to help.
