“Too many companies, supplier, manufacturer and installer. No one took overall responsibility so when, after months of waiting, it was installed and we found we had a part missing no one took responsibility and we asked to wait another 6 weeks to get missing part installed. Ordered in March. Installed in July. No apology for missing part only communication was with installers who rightly advised wasn’t their mistake!”

We’re pleased to hear the installation itself went smoothly, but we’re very sorry for the confusion that occurred around the additional louvre and the availability of parts. It appears that Elite contacted you directly and advised that certain parts might not be available and that an extra louvre couldn’t be fitted — when in fact it could. This understandably caused mixed messages, and we apologise for the confusion. The manufacturer then sent the louvre out, and our installers will fit it for you on their next visit to your area, as they’ve already covered a large region on their current run. We’re extremely sorry for the inconvenience this caused. Clear communication is important, and in this case it fell short. We appreciate your patience, and we’ll ensure the final fitting is completed as soon as the team is next nearby.
