“The Greenhouse is extremely well designed and all materials are top quality. The deliver was in line with estimates and done with care. Fortunately the Manufacturer's support line is well manned and had to be frequently used because the Installtion directions are poor in most cases and entirely missing for 1/3 of the project. There had to be a number of follow up deliveries of missing items - the design has clearly been refined beyond the already weak instruction manual. I 100% endorse the product but would stress the installation guide is a weakness that a lot of Amatuer Installers will struggle with and will effectthe installation speed or mean damage is done to the fabric of the structure. If the manual was expanded and updated correctly it would make the experience exceptional.”
