“The greenhouse, once it is constructed is very good,However, the instructions that come with it are absolutely rubbish. The videos you can view are also rubbish. The biggest problem is trying to work out which way round the pieces go as the videos are filmed too far away from the construction. They need to do an in-depth video of the construction of the greenhouse on site from the basic start to complete finish. The present videos are all over the place and the paper instructions are pathetic.”

Helpful Report

Thank you very much for your review — we’re really pleased to hear that you’re happy with the greenhouse now it’s fully constructed. We completely understand your frustration with the instructions and videos, and we’re sorry they didn’t provide the clarity you expected. This is feedback we continue to pass on, as clearer, more detailed guidance would make the build much easier for everyone. One small note we’d like to mention is that the printed instructions do show which way round the parts go — the very first pages are actually marked to indicate whether each piece sits on the inside or outside of the greenhouse. We know it’s easy to miss, especially when the diagrams aren’t as clear as they should be, but that information is there and can help during assembly. We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience, and we’re glad the finished greenhouse has turned out well for you. If you ever need anything else, we’re always here to help.
