“I am very happy with my Vitavia Greenhouse and getting spares and accessories is an easy process. During a storm I lost one window and the replacement arrived in reasonable time and my local glazier fitted the correct safety glass.”

“It arrived as arranged. I paid £330 to have it erected. The man came to erect it but broke one of the roof panes so it was left open. They ordered a new piece but I HAD TO COLLECT IT FROM 8 MILES AWAY and install it myself. Meantime the opening let high wind in and caused another pane to break (toughened glass!). They said it was my fault for not securing the greenhouse against the wind and refused all responsibility. The person I spoke to whom I believe was the boss was quite rude and dismissive. There is no way I could recommend this outfit. Doug Nottingham December 2015”
