“We purchased our shed through Greenhouse Stores but it was supplied by Mercia Garden products. It arrived covered in mould and had to send the whole thing back. Was assured the replacement would be 'factory fresh' but re-delivered with 2 panels covered with mould again (perhaps this is fresh by Mercia standards). Driver said he could drop in replacement panels the next day and left, called customer service to confirm they said it could be up to 5 working days and it would be delivered by a carrier but no way of knowing what day! Asked to be kept informed about delivery but no-one got back to me or gave me any answers when I called. Finally got the replacement panels. Shed was very poor quality, had to basically re-engineer the thing to get it to stay up, bowed panels, screws missing everywhere. Be VERY CAREFUL when you order from Greenhouse Stores, check where the shed will actually be supplied from and it is is Mercia Garden Products AVOID. Don't take my word for it google the reviews of Mercia Garden Products (if I'd have known they'd supply it I would have checked myself and saved myself a lot of aggro)'”
