“Customer service via telephone conversations provided a sufficient level of service and information for an order to be placed. However, the greenhouse was delivered to my address as the payee, rather than the delivery address, that of my mother, as requested. A distance of 10 miles separates the two locations. Consequently, my aged Mother enlisted the help of a handy man to break up and dispose of the packaging and transport the greenhouse (multiple trips in her vehicle). The greenhouse has since been erected, but leaks. This appears to be poor product design as opposed to fitting. In the absence of an inspection, the company advised the use of sealant to resolve the problem. In summary, poor communication between the sales department and transport company. Unsatisfactory product performance and after sales customer care.”
