“There was no photo of the size greenhouse I wanted on the website - all the photos were of the same, much larger greenhouse, which was not helpful. I had to email you to get a photo of an 8x10 one and you only had an older version available. When I tried to order two cold frames rather than one, the system would not allow it so I had to contact you to enable this. The notification of my order came through with the wrong sized Shed on it and the wrong sized cold frames. I was advised to ring the manufacturer when I needed confirmation of the clearance needed for delivery as the assistant on the phone was not sure. This information is on your website.”
