“Easy to order on line, very good range to choose from. Rather strange to only have 7 days to check all the parts are there and not damaged. Also the instructions were very hard to follow for a 1st time greenhouse purchaser.”

“two adults 9 one with prior experience) spent 24 hours each competing the greenhouse. The instruction manuel would be very much better if the diagrammes were accompanied by words -in english, the website approached in desperation was not much help.The interior shelving arrived two weeks after the greenhouse and when I telephoned to complain the salesman - the same man who had taken my order and money over the phone was rude and hung up on me.I feel that sudtomers should be advised that the erecting is not easy and will take even two capable adults at least two long days in good weather.At least all the bits and pieces were there and the finished item looks quite good giving no sign of the difficulty had in putting it together.”

“Due to a previous experience with a poly greenhouse supplied by an alternative company I opted for a toughened glass model. I was not advised of the additional 'securing' item that was available to prevent individual panels being 'blown out' in high winds. Note that the order was made on the phone so I was reliant upon the sales representative advices. The greenhouse was received and erected where within two days multiple glass panels were blown out resulting in two panels shattering. The remainder were in tact and could be replaced in position. I called your representative how advised me of the 'alternative and improved clipping arrangements'. When my position was explained he advised he would seek the provision of the alternative clips. I did also ask for two new toughened glass panels. I have heard nothing since. Thanks for taking my money and running!!!!”

“I have now fully constructed the greenhouse however found the instructions poor. Some of the parts were not of good quality. i.e the double sided foam sticky tape for the door was stuck to the carboard roll and itself, I had to go out and purchase some more. There was a great deal of confusion concerning the fitting of the toughened glass that came with the green house and some of the associated parts were not even mentioned in the instructions. This meant a great deal of trial and error. May I suggest an instuctional DVD be included. For the price I wish I had bought from another maker.”
