“I was very disappointed with the purchase of a shed from Greenhouse stores. First the first conversation regarding the delivery of my expensive shed I found the customer service to be appalling. The person that I spoke to was rude and unhelpful and put the phone down on me so that she could head out for a beer with colleagues. When I called back to complain the manager was equally rude. I feel that after spending over £500 for a shed I could at least get a little manners and politeness when arranging delivery. When the shed finally arrived it was shoddy, flimsy and rather poor quality. I expected more as well as a floor to be included. I should have gone down to the local DIY store and picked one out. I won't recommend this company not use them again”

“I purchased a grow master 6x4 with polycarbonate glazing. The courier did not deliver on correct day. The instructions could have been clearer. Written instructions next to the diagram for instance. Most of the screws were of poor quality especially with the optional staging. The plastic brackets on this broke very easily. The design was very clever but why assemble part of it and then take part away again to fit glazing. A handle on inside of sliding door would help. Overall I am satisfied with the finished greenhouse.”
