Elite Insulation Shading Clips Pack of 10. Insulation clips with built-in 15mm spacer for fixing bubble wrap or shading to Elite greenhouse glazing bars.. Elite Insulation Shading Clips fix bubble insulation or shading fabric to your Elite greenhouse while maintaining a 15mm air gap between the material and the glass. That gap is critical. Without it, condensation forms between the insulation and glazing, pooling at the bottom and wrecking the thermal performance. These clips hold the material firmly in place with a built-in spacer that keeps everything off the glass. Pack of 10 covers roughly one side panel of a 6ft greenhouse. “Ordered a plastic 8x6 shed all seemed ok, received a phone call on Friday morning to say my delivery would be on the Wednesday and would be between 9am and 7pm, then received a texted on on Tuesday to say van was loaded and my shed would be delivered on the Wednesday. This is were it all went wrong, stayed in all day no shed no contact to say no delivery would be made. I phoned and emailed first thing Thursday morning female said she would check it out and get back to me. No phone call from them, so I called them twice before I got an answer. I got told it would be delivered at some point on the Thursady but could not Guarantee this. Very very poor customer service after they receive your money they are not interested when you receive your goods. Will never recommend or use this company again. Good customer service would have called or texted or email to keep customer informed of any delays and I am sure customer would be happy with this as I certainly would have been, but to just ignore and place blame on transport issues does not wash as they are the supplier so should be on top of there goods being delivered.”

“The instructions on how to put it together we're not good at all. There is no finishing touches. An end piece in the gutters to enable the collection of rain water would have been nice (even the greenhouse we bought from B&Q had these). The joint at the top of the roof would have looked better with something fitted to it.”

“Delivery came on day stated. Parcel badly packed and falling apart. Driver noted that on his copy and mine. Instructions not clear - very difficult to follow. A lot of problems erecting it and a bit of improvisation to make things work. In the end it looks ok and seems sturdy enough but had I not needed it right away for plants I'd have been tempted to send it back.”

“We were very disappointed with the poor quality of our Vitavia greenhouse when it was first erected. Since then, admittedly in a very bad storm on 27/28 March, the door has blown off and all the glass has blown out. We are now trying to get Vitavia to quote to come and replace the glass and repair the door.”

“The initial purchase and delivery were excellent. Unfortunately I believed the greenhouse included a free base. I found the advert for the greenhouse somewhat misleading and contacted your company. The person I contacted immediately advised me in a confrontational manner that I was wrong in my assumption. At this point I decided to return the goods. This process took sometime but was dealt with satisfactorily. If I had had a more reasoned response on my initial enquiry I would probably have accepted the goods.”

“Having ordered a Greenhouse and a Louvre window from Greenhouse Stores. The Greenhouse was delivered but not the louvre window, which was shown on the delivery note "Out of stock on back order to follow". When I contacted Greenhouse Stores to ask when I could expect delivery, I was given a phone number to ring to explain the reason for the delay. I phoned the number given and was told the firm making the Louvre Windows had gone out of business and would be supplied in July, 2 months after my original order. My main complaint is not the delay in completion of the order, though I wasn't very happy about, but the fact that I was told to contact another company to find out the situation. I made Greenhouse Stores aware that I was not satisfied with this as I considered that as my order was with them, they were responsible for the order and was up to them to make enquiries and advise me accordingly. I was told by them as they do not stock the items they they gave out a number to ring for their customers to ask the supplier direct. I complained to them again about their procedure for dealing with enquiries about their orders but received no satisfactory answer regarding my complaint. I still consider that it is the firm placing the order who should answer any queries regarding an order and advise the customer accordingly. It also seems strange to me that a company calling itself a 'Stores, ' take orders to supply goods which they do not 'Store' and involve in all another two companies in the supply of Greenhouses and accessories. My other issue was that when the Delivery Driver failed to deliver the complete order after he left the premises, he phoned me to ask if i could meet him a distance away and collect the item he failed to deliver. I refused. He came back to the premises and left the item outside the door. All in all an unsatisfactory experience with my order.”

“I ordered and paid for my greenhouse on line on Sunday the 19th April and was advised it could possibly be 21 days before delivery (which was acceptable). I was first told delivery would be Friday the 22nd May and have since now been advised delivery will be Saturday the 30th of May. If it does arrive on this date it will then be 35 days since I ordered and paid for this greenhouse. I am very disappointed by how long I have had to wait to take delivery and still waiting for the greenhouse to appear.”

“The greenhouse was much more difficult to set up than I had thought. The 'skeleton' is made up of flimsy aluminium. After a relatively windy afternoon the greenhouse blew itself to pieces. It was rebuilt, although there was some damage due to the wind, and placed in an alcove with 3 surrounding walls. It doesn't get much sun now . We are waiting for the next windy day!”
