The netting was fine and of generous size. However we were disappointed that no illustrated guidance was included as how best to fix it to the inside of the greenhouse roof. Three averagely intelligent people could not see how to it was supposed to be held in place by the fixings included so had to use string inserted into the netting and tied to the frame to make a not very good job of it.

The shed was delivered on time and the service, payment ,delivery etc was very good. The video on the web was very helpful. The manufacture of the frame was appalling and one wonders if our Australian cousins have ever heard of integrated C.A.D. and C.N.C. manufacture. Do not attempt to erect one of these unless you know how to use a "spike" and have some experience of metal fitting. The door gear is appalling, the top rail poorly made and the running gear under specified. Net result my wife has to get me to close the doors. If it wasn't for the bother and expense I would send it back to "Aus". I console myself with the thought that since my last visit in 1961 the "Aussies" still haven't grown up and have the same peculiar sense of humor regarding the "Poms." By the way its one saving grace is it looks good. Things never change "all show and no substance".

Having moved house in late summer I wanted a greenhouse to be ready for use next spring. In my previous house I had purchased a greenhouse from a competitor & had been very pleased with it, but the Halls greenhouse looked very similar to the competitor's & was about £150 cheaper, so I ordered it on 31st October. The Halls website promised free delivery within 14 working days. A few days after I had ordered it, I received a text telling me that it would be delivered within 21days & that I would contacted a few days before delivery to agree details. This didn't seem to fit with the 14 working day promise, but in fact both could be true. After 13 working days I had heard nothing more, so I sent an E-mail to Halls to complain and to ask for reassurance that my greenhouse would be delivered. I've had no response to that E-mail. A few days later though I received a telephone call from Halls delivery department (not in response to my E-mail - I asked that question) telling me that my greenhouse will be delivered on 4th December. This doesn't fall with in either the 14 working days or the later quote of 21 days. I've had no explanation for the late delivery, no apology, and no response to my complaint or concerns. We will see whether my greenhouse is delivered on 4th Dec, but by now I'm already wishing I had bought from my previous supplier (called "The Greenhouse People" - good product, excellent service). Finally, Halls have now asked for a review before they have managed to deliver the greenhouse. Incredible.
