“Instructions poor and illustrations blurred. Glazing not as shown on instruction leaflet. Confusingly shows one pane of glass on one of sides but 3 smaller pieces supplied with both z clips and H clips, confusing!”

“Although we paid 360 pounds for installation, which was professionally fitted the greenhouse leaks with rain water every time it rains from the glass panels. We think this is probably a design fault, because it was installed in the right manner.”

“Eventually the delivery was good , although the delivery was rediculous, on replying to a phone call, had a very stroppy man, barking that he couldn't get in touch with us !!! Also when we put the green house there were two broken pieces of glass”

“I will tell you about it making me unhappy .on arrival the lorry had a lot of broken glass which spilled onto the road which I had to sweep up .when erector came they found two panes cracked.i reported this and they advised me to buy replacements to save you having to make a special delivery and they said I would have a refund and also the cost of removal and refitting total cost£20 .i would like you to forward me that amount no charge for me sweeping the glass from the road.”

“There is no provision for fixing the greenhouse to the metal base I assume the self weight of the glazed greenhouse is supposed to hold it down. No such luck and in a stiff breeze, but certainly not storm Doris, the unit simply slid off....loosing more than 75% of the glazing. I recommend you provide, or at least advise, that the use of self tapping screws for a connection between the frame and base.”

“The greenhouse is the minimum that a greenhouse can be but it is inexpensive. However the polycarbonate fixing system is "optimistic" and not really adequate. I have had to refix with screws even though It is in a sheltered place. I also bought a min/max thermometer. only to find that the minimum red tell-tale indicator seems to stick to the black temperature indicator so you can not tell how cold it got last night, The max one is fine. Not happy”
