“Purchased the greenhouse from Garden Buildings Woodcote Green Ltd in September 2015. Good quality greenhouse at a good competitive price. The service I received from the people at Woodcote was excellent and the delivery was good as well, and the delivery driver called to let me know his approximate ETA. The instructions were a bit vague or incorrect in places and would have baffled some who have limited DIY skills, but I followed some tips given to me by Woodcote and it worked out ok. I was a few glass clips missing but Woodcote supplied them to me from their spares free of charge. After I had put the glass in I noticed that two of the large panes had imperfections in them so I took photos and showed them to Woodcote and they called Elite straight away. Someone from Elite rang me to discuss the problem and the replacement panes arrived the following day. The service that I received from both Woodcote and Elite was excellent and this kind of service you cannot get ordering online, sometimes face to face is best.”
