8x6 Green Halls Popular Greenhouse Horticultural Glass. The 6ft wide 8x6 Halls Popular is an ideal greenhouse for the keen gardener or allotment keeper. This 8 x 6 greenhouse is without doubt one of the most widely used models in the UK today. We recommend adding a Halls Steel Base to these greenhouses as they are the perfect platform on which to build your greenhouse frame. Halls bases are designed to sit on any hard level surface such as slabs or concrete but will also make installation onto soft ground easier as they come equipped with corner spikes that you may bury in the ground and then concrete into place.

“Great value and looks good, I set it on a low brick wall and with the Free base that come with it gave me an extra 12" head room, it was very easy to assemble and once the glass is in very sturdy, well pleased with it my good lady loves it and cant wait to get potting up, and of cause I earn a few extra brownie points which is no bad thing.”

“We bought at Halls Popular 8x6 and had managed to download the installation instructions before it arrived. People at work and on some forums were telling me that constructing a greenhouse was a proper, time consuming nightmare. When the greenhouse arrived, I was pleasantly shocked at how little there was of it, one 8' long box, a small box with the auto louvre and a pallet of boxed glass - I cleared out the garage in anticipation of it being boxes and boxes.. Construction day arrived and it was surprisingly simple (for someone that doesn't do DIY) and after a day & a half - it was up ! Glazing was a piece of cake, I would definitely recommend buying a glass sucker gadget, mine was only £6 from Screwfix, it made the handling so much easier. I was also pleasantly surprised to only find 4 pieces of glass broken - the replacement system used by company couldn't be easier - a quick call to customer services gets you a form emailed, you go and get your glass locally, then send the form and a receipt for the glass before getting a BACS refund in return. First class, thanks Mark”
