I would not hesitate in recomendind Grow Master 8x6 Greenhouse starter kit, it is made up good quality parts, ok like any flat pack it's a bit of a faff to erect but all the parts are numbered so if you take care and make sure you have the base level and square, and the base pegs cemented in the ground (a bag of Postcrete quick drying cement is suficient) you will have a first class greenhouse to enjoy for years to come.

I'm very pleased with my greenhouse, now it's finally up! It took almost 2 weeks, on and off, to erect. I found the instructions quite challenging, to say the least! We had concerns with the stability, but once fully erected, it's surprisingly stable. The base supplied is approx. 6" high and siting your greenhouse on top of that creates quite a step to get in. We chose to site the greenhouse without the base, therefore having a much lower step in. Overall, I am very pleased with my greenhouse.

the instructions need to be clearer, especially for the glazing.

The assembly instructions and diagrams were very difficult to understand and very confusing as not all components were clearly identified. The panels tended to be blown out by strong winds even when the door and roof skylight were firmly closed. We had to mastic them in place in the end as this happened on four occasions - very frustrating and irritating. It seems to have settled now and I am please with the structure overall but there were lots of teething problems.

The greenhouse came flat packed, this was ok but the instructions for construction were very unclear. The only part that was fairly easy to put together was the base. The illustrations did not indicate which way round the pieces fitter together and it was only by trial and error that I managed to complete the build. In the majority of cases the pieces were assembled then disassembled until they fitted together in the correct way. The polycarbonate panels were difficult to keep in place as the plastic fittings to retain the panels kept on coming out, in the end I purchased double sided foam tape ( for future reference ,this may be a better alternative to the plastic retaining strips ). Overall good value for money, looks good when built but instructions need to be clearer for us amateurs.

My reason for low score is the very unpleasant person who I dealt with on purchasing my greenhouse he threatened to put the phone down on me but when I spoke to the other man who o think was Ian it was fine he was very helpful and pleasant.

When the greenhouse was delivered it came without any screws to put it together. I telephoned and was told that it would be sorted out. When I heard nothing the next day I called again to be told the person I had spoken to was on leave and I would need to speak to him as no one else could sort it out. I called again the next day and was told that I would get the screws the next day, which I did, minus the clips to put in the glazing panels. I rang again to be told that these were out of stock and screws were sent which I received the following day. So from delivery on Tuesday I had to wait a further 4 days before I was able to construct the greenhouse. I feel I have received a very unprofessional and poor standard of service and would be very unlikely to recommend your company in the future.

I boughtbthe greenhouse and decided that for safty reasons the plastic would be safest because of a small grand child. Disapointed that the four corner pillars weren't strlnger and looking at others on the market they look to be so. Strugled to keep side panels in place although it is in a shelterd part ot the garden one side only being on the windy side kn the end we ended up with 6 panals out altogether and had to resort to putting self tappers in to hold all the glazing panals in place. This is my first greenhouse purchase and on a whole I think a more expensive and stronger framed one would have been better But I have this one now so will have to get on and see about growing some tomatoes and chillies
