“Staff at Greenhouse Stores were extremely helpful throughout the process. The delivery driver was also very professional and helpful. Pleased with the greenhouse but had to add extra draughtproofing around the doorway. Also needed to use a PTFE spray on the base of the door as otherwise it doesn't run smooth. The bottom rail has no run off so rainwater and dirt has to be removed.”

“Really pleaaed with greenhouse and looking forward to using it in the months to come. My only critizism is the assembly instructions are poor and not detailed enough.”

“Greenhouse is exactly what we wanted. Only issue’s we had was installation instructions could be a little clearer especially concerning the rubber seals. We would also would have liked the frame to be a little more sturdier as when we drilled it to the floor it tended to twist.”

“Excellent communication up to delivery which was also “spot on”. The quality of the product is excellent and has been well thought out. The only problem I had and still have is with the sliding door. I might have solved this but don’t know yet as the winds from earlier in the year haven’t reappeared…..it’s also a shame about the pieces which were replaced having to be “binned”. Overall though, a reasonable price and I’ve got a proper glasshouse”
