“I found these quite good, but nowhere near large enough to protect my established hostas, maybe they’d be ok for new plants. I ended up using them mostly on delphiniums as the collar diameter was about the right size for an upright plant like that.”

“They are a little flimsy but do the job. Having the lids is very useful to protect tender plants just emerging after winter.”
