“I used Vine Weevil nematodes 3-4 times last year and purchased the adult traps though out the entire garden. I purchased and applied nematodes in spring as soon as it warmed up. I still have vine weevil adults still active with little sign of any improvement”

“I have used this product for several years now, but experience repeated infestations. Seems to require repeated drenches at least twice or three times a year to be effective. Now I have accepted that, I will plan an annual program accordingly.”

“How do we know whether we have grubs hatching under our plants or an over active imagination? It’s very unlikely that you ever see the beetle itself (over many years I have seen 2) and if you wait for evidence of grubs it will be too late to save your infested plants unless they are real thugs but you may save others if you act fast. We know by now regular early protection using nematodes is a great way to resolve the dilemma and stop worrying. This chore can easily be incorporated into a spring and autumn routine of cleaning away any dodgy debris round the plants then watering in nematodes, making sure the plant is already moist around its roots so the nematodes can reach their targets. We believe this works as we have not been plagued as we used to be by these greedy grubs and their unseen leaf chewing beetles. We sleep better thanks to nematodes!”
