“We had problems with aphids in our apple tree and no items (sprays) from local garden centres were of any use. We tried the ladybirds and were immediately successful. Impressed!”

“They at least didn't eat each other en route as did the alleged 300 larvae I released in polytunnel to little avail, wirh the adults there was a slight reduction in aphids but it didn't eradicate them sadly”

“They all arrived in a little box, alive and ready to go. I suggest you do exactly as advised on the packaging. In other words, place the ladybirds at the base of a plant with lots of aphids (food to the ladybird). My 50 ladybirds got straight to work. I watched them over the next couple of weeks and they were fascinating. Some flew off. Some laid eggs. But my plant was cleared of aphids ! I hope to get lots more ladybirds in my garden next year. I have ordered worms and ladybirds from this supplier, and their creatures arrive very quickly through the post and are alive and healthy. Very happy and will continue to order through them.”

“They were very tiny and tricky to move out of the little box they came in as they didn’t seem to know there was a good feed waiting for them! I sprayed the foliage ( clematis and dahlias) and moved them with a small soft paintbrush gently. They disappeared very quickly but by the next day, a lot of the black fly had gone so I presume they had been busy! Never saw the ladybirds again though!! Mystery!!”

“unfortunately half were dead when the pack was received, I contacted GG and a refund was processed, such a shame. I had this before with the larvae so thought I would try the grown ladybirds but faired no better. Then one of the few that did survive was found about an hour later in a spiders web, so I give up!!”

“Disappointed. Read the reviews. Ordered ladybird lodge+25 adult ladybirds+food/attractant. Delivery was meant to be after garden fence replaced but as usual workmen changed date and I had half finished painting when items arrived (4pm) so I waited to next day to finish and let paint dry b4 setting up the lodge and tipping in the ladies. Unfortunately GG had forgotten to include the food. Most of the ladies were really really tiny. When I next looked 7 lay dead the rest had disappeared. Did they survive?”
