“I can vouch for the allure of the lure, but thus far have only trapped five moths. Many can be seen fluttering around the trap each evening, but a street light within a few feet of my garden is proving to be tough competition! Plus it has not been possible to hang it as specified at a height of 2 metres - the ground is far too hard and stony. In another location the lure may well work more effectively.”

“I caught a lot of moths in this trap last year & have replaced the lure for this year. My only reservation is that it might lure the moths TO my hedge but I have no evidence to support that.”

“We were so impressed with the effectiveness of the Box Tree Lure last year we had no hesitstion in buying a fresh one for the 2024 season. We lost count of the number of moths that were caught, much to the benefit of our hedging.”

“The mystery deepens! Caught only a few moths last season. This year late May/June to date record number of caterpillars picked every day! Who laid eggs for these? Either need more traps or lure not working as it should. Trap positioned as per your instructions. Mike Glynn.”
