“Ordered as a gift for a friend. Order got messed up arriving in France (delivery service here is a bit of a mess) so it was sent back. Immediately got an email from the customer service (hello Dennis), explained everything and they sent it back instantly. Dennis was very kind and patient and tracked every step of it this time to be sure it arrived at my home. I didn't even have to pay something more ! The quality is really good, it's printed on cardboard paper (I don't know if that's the name of it in english tho). I was afraid everything was going to be blurry (with the stars and constellations' names) but it is incredibly clear and well done ! I will probably take one for me some day :)”
