“THIS IS NOT A NEGATIVE REVIEW PLEASE READ!! The mitts unfortunately ripped and came apart after 1 hours use so had to mark as 1 star for quality. Owned my last pair of Hestra gloves for nearly 12 years!! Stephen at Gravity protection was super fast in getting Hestra to offer replacement or refund. Regrettably I was away boarding and had to purchase other mitts so needed a refund on this occasion but again Stephen at GP acted really fast and I cannot recommend them enough, good customer service is lacking these days but not from these guys, shame I couldn’t get a replacement pair but I’ll be using GP for more kit next season”
