“Worst return policy EVER!!! I bought 4 rolls of wallpaper for around $70 each. I took the plastic off of one (did not use it) and just gently used a piece of scotch tape up on the wall to see if I liked it...which I did not (color did not match what the website described). in order to get a refund, you have to 1. Call them (tried twice before I got someone of the third time) to get some authorization code, 2. Fill out a form, 3. use your own money to send it back. Then I was told that the roll that had the plastic off (was not used AT ALL) they would not take back. NEVER Again, Graham and Brown. What an AWFUL Experience!!!! Thanks for stealing from me.”
