“Unfortunately on this occasion we feel Graham and Brown massively let us down not only with the product but also on the customer service. Our sample and paper had a very large shade variation and finish. They sent us a sample from one batch and then paper from another. We ordered the sample and paper within a very close time frame so would have expected to receive a sample from what they actually had in stock. We spent a lot of money and time exactly matching the backing colour on the paper to the paint we were using. We did not unpack the rolls until the day we papered with good faith a premium brand like Graham and brown would of only sent samples that matched the paper they had in stock so had to put up what we had as the sample batch no longer existed so couldnâ€™t get it anyway and our furniture and carpet was been fitted the next day. Weâ€™ve used a number of papers from them before with no problems but feel let down on a premium price paper. Buyers check your delivered rolls in case they do not match your samples. Even though in our case wouldnâ€™t of made much difference as we painted to match the sample. I have expressed this all to Graham and brown directly in email in the hope it doesnâ€™t happen in the future and they take more due diligence sending samples of batches they have in stock. They have noted slight variations can occur between batches but in our opinion for these batches it was more than slight. Paper itself without all the issues is still easy to apply etc which is why we gave it 3 stars”

“Stunning paper! It goes on so well, looks amazing. The colours are beautiful. It doesnâ€™t tear. Iâ€™d say itâ€™s more bottle green than emerald but it could be either depending on lihht”
