“Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience with GoodSync. The software did not work for our purposes. We were told we had a 30 day money back guarantee. When we asked for a refund, we were DENIED. Our small company cannot absorb an $800 loss like this. It's very sad we were treated this way. We cannot, in good conscience, recommend GoodSync simply because of the customer service we received.”

“Terrible software that doesn't work with BackBlaze, even though it's advertised to be compatible. Terrible technical support that couldn't get the software to work. Terrible management that wouldn't refund the software even though we don't use it because it doesn't work as intended.”
