“Q10 have been taking this for nearly two weeks. Since having gall stones and sever gastritis my diet has been very sparse. The last few days I have been sleeping 5/6 hours for the first time since last Aug. Today 6/7 hours deep sleep. And my energy today is pre. Gall stone level. All I can say is YIPPI. My aches in whole body are halved Ive been dancing to music round my Kitchen. The only thing I am taking is your Q10. Will be buying more. It has helped me so much Ray. Have just read your Spice Healer book. Fantastic. 2nd book from your shop. Your products are so good. Keep writing Ray. Sue Thomason”
