I trust Together Health as a committed player in the field and while there are cheaper alternatives, I pay the higher price because I have faith in the product.

Ray has worked with the Together Health brand for many years because of their ethics and the quality of natural supplements they provide. Unfortunately, High Street stores tend to dominate the supplement market as they source lower quality, non-natural products which they then sell at hugely discounted prices. The issue with this is that the nutrients provided are of low bioavailability and therefore the savings made are superficial. Together use only natural sources which have high levels of uptake and usage by the body, hence you are getting better value from your purchase as the health benefits will be more noticeable.

Great to find vegan Omega 3 tablets. HOWEVER, they contain carrageenan, which is a carcinogenic. I really wish that Together would find some alternative to carrageenan.

Many thanks for your feedback, we were concerned about your comments regarding the naturally occurring carrageenan which derives from red seaweed so asked Together for a comment, this is what they have said - "The carrageenan in our softgel capsules is naturally extended from the Rhodophyceae family of red algae and is not the same as the commercially produced degraded variant. There is no scientific evidence to suggest the carrageenan we use is unsafe." The reports of carcinogenic forms of this compound are exclusively relating to degraded forms, and not the wholly natural extracted type. We hope that this helps in your decision to use the vegan Omega 3.
